Favourable location to the busstation, superfriendly staff, everything was good. The rooms were new-fashioned with balcony with very comfy beds. Location: the hotel was near local restaurants near the beach. Western cuisine was served in the beach restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem. the owner and staff are incredibly friendly and caring, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a typical Vietnamese bathroom that has plenty of hot water and toiletries. Bicycles are available for free, allowing us to explore the local beach, which is clean and beautiful. the owner even helped us book a luxury car to our next destination at cost price. the overall experience was amazing.
Felt very fortunate, no reason to complain.

My stay at Ngoc Quy Mini House was great. The owner, despite not speaking English, made a genuine effort to communicate using Google Translate. The accommodation was very comfortable and located in a quiet back street. I loved the spacious room and the typical Vietnamese bathroom with hot water and provided toiletries. The free bicycles allowed me to explore the local beach, which was clean and had free umbrellas and a clean toilet at the surf bar. I also rented a motorbike to visit Bai Xep Beach, and it was a relaxing experience. The owner was super friendly and helped me book an onward 7-seater luxury car to Nha Trang. The only drawback was a communication error with the bus timing, but the owner's daughter quickly helped me rearrange my plans. I highly recommend this comfortable and friendly accommodation.

I recently stayed at Ngoc Quy Mini House for a few nights during my visit to Quy Nhon. The hotel was very clean, which was a major plus for me. The room had great amenities like a balcony, good wifi, and a fridge. The bathroom even had an exhaust fan to keep it dry. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. There were also plenty of cheap eateries nearby, offering delicious street food at a great price.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with a soft bed that was a rarity in Asia. the guesthouse had a small elevator for those who prefer not to climb stairs, and my room even had a cute little balcony. It was conveniently located within walking distance of cafes, a mall with a large grocery store, and the beach. the owner and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me book my bus tickets to Hoi An and made sure I was picked up on time. the guesthouse was impeccably clean, and it truly felt like a real hotel. I also appreciated the good wifi and the presence of a fridge in my room. the bathroom had an exhaust fan that kept it dry, which was a thoughtful touch. this was the cleanest room I stayed in during my visit to Vietnam. the beach was just a 5-minute walk away, with kilometers of clean sandy beach that was mostly deserted. Nearby, there were plenty of cheap eateries offering delicious street food, making this area one of the most affordable in Vietnam. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

Lovely quiet guesthouse set back from the main road, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable room. The owner is a lovely guy who is so helpful and welcoming. Even before I checked in he invited me for tea and biscuits - a really nice touch after a long journey. Superb value for money.
I ended up skipping it and going to a nearby cafe for a proper breakfast. The bathroom was small and not very comfortable, and the room itself felt odd and not like a typical hotel room.

the location was really convenient for trying different types of food. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. the bed was incredibly comfortable and they even provided us with their own iron. On the 6th floor, there was a mini kitchen where we could cook, enjoy a cup of coffee, and take in the morning view. they offered laundry and sauna services for a small extra fee. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. we had a fantastic time and couldn't find anything to complain about!
For us, everything was ideal 👌.
